1. Shipping Information
We ship worldwide from our studio in Spain.
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
- Shipping times vary depending on your location.
- You will receive tracking information once your order ships.
- Delays caused by carriers or customs are outside our control.
2. Personalized Items
Personalized jewelry is made exclusively for you. This includes:
- Engraved pieces
- Birth flowers
- Initials, names, dates, coordinates
- Custom designs
Because these items are custom‑made, they cannot be returned or exchanged.
This follows EU Directive 2011/83/EU regarding personalized goods.
3. Returns (Non‑Personalized Items)
You may return non‑personalized items within 14 days of receiving your order.
- You must notify us within 14 days of delivery.
- You then have 14 additional days to send the item back.
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Refunds are issued after inspection of the returned item.
