1. Shipping Information

We ship worldwide from our studio in Spain.

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Shipping times vary depending on your location.
  • You will receive tracking information once your order ships.
  • Delays caused by carriers or customs are outside our control.

2. Personalized Items

Personalized jewelry is made exclusively for you. This includes:

  • Engraved pieces
  • Birth flowers
  • Initials, names, dates, coordinates
  • Custom designs

Because these items are custom‑made, they cannot be returned or exchanged.

This follows EU Directive 2011/83/EU regarding personalized goods.

3. Returns (Non‑Personalized Items)

You may return non‑personalized items within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • You must notify us within 14 days of delivery.
  • You then have 14 additional days to send the item back.
  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Refunds are issued after inspection of the returned item.
