Our mission is to create jewelry with intention, clarity, and craftsmanship — and these terms ensure a transparent and trustworthy experience for both you and us.

2. Personalized Creations

Many Boutique Joya pieces are custom‑made, including engraved jewelry, birth flowers, initials, names, dates, coordinates, and other bespoke elements.

Because these items are created exclusively for you:

  • They cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • They cannot be cancelled once production has started.
  • They are exempt from the right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

Boutique Joya is not responsible for errors in personalization details provided by the customer.

3. Non‑Personalized Items — Returns

For non‑personalized items, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

EU consumer law requires:

  • You must notify us of your return request within 14 days.
  • After notification, you have an additional 14 days to send the item back.
  • Items may be inspected as in a physical store, but signs of use may reduce the refundable amount.
  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in pristine condition.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds are issued once the item is received and inspected.

4. Order Processing & Shipping

Processing times vary depending on the nature of the piece. Personalized items are crafted to order, while non‑personalized items are prepared for shipment within standard processing times.

Shipping times depend on your location. Boutique Joya is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or external factors beyond our control.

5. Pricing & Taxes

All prices displayed on our website include applicable VAT for EU customers unless stated otherwise.

During checkout, taxes and shipping fees are calculated based on your delivery address.

6. Warranty

We offer a 6‑month warranty covering manufacturing defects.

This warranty:

  • Covers craftsmanship issues.
  • Does not cover wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse.
  • Is in addition to your legal rights under EU consumer law (2‑year statutory guarantee).

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including designs, images, text, and branding — is the exclusive property of Boutique Joya. Reproduction or distribution without written permission is prohibited.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

9. Limitation of Liability

Boutique Joya is not liable for delays caused by carriers, losses resulting from incorrect personalization details, or damage caused by improper use or care of the jewelry. Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.
